Today the world is very destructive and unsafe not just physically but as well as mentally and emotionally unhealthy.
If you feel any kind of depression or anxiety, do not worry there are many ways to overcome it such as talking to friends or watching movies or getting professional help or provide ourselves with self care by going to the SPA from time to time. But due to the Covid19 Pandemic we cannot go the SPA yet, however we can create our mini-spa at home!
We can release our emotions by meditating.
Release your emotions by getting your Young Living Diffuser and add water and 3-4 drops of Release oil,
if your room is big add at least 6 to 8 drops of Release Oil.
You can diffuse this oil while meditating, sleeping or watching your favourite shows while relaxing!
If you want a more minty aroma while resting or kicking out for the day you can get your Dessert Mist diffuser or Owlie diffuser and add water, 5 drops of Lime, 3 drops of Spearmint, and 1 drop of peppermint.
Do you want to scrub off all those negative energy and emotions?
You can create your own Do-it – yourself face wash and scrub all those gloomy thoughts and feelings.
Here are the ingredients you need for the face-wash
- 1/4 C Baby Mild Castile Sap
- 2/3 Cups Distilled Water
- 2 Tablespoon Jojoba Oil
- 2-4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 2 drops Lemmon Essential Oil
- 25 Drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
- a foaming soap dispenser.
Nowadays we need to take care of ourselves and provide us self-love and self care!
