Rise and Shine!

Another week has started. Its Monday again! The day that we don’t miss.  If only we could have an extra weekend.

Feeling lazy and  you still want to sleep in. But you can’t. Its time to Rise and Shine and do our weekly grind and work.

Here are few tips to get our brains and immune system so we can wake up and feel like we are walking on sunshine on a Monday or everyday of the week.

Get your Lantern or Dessert Mist or Owlie diffuser and put water, then add 4 drops of peppermint, 3 drops of citrus fresh, and 3 drops of lemon oil.

Or if you want a citrusy fragrance, you can blend lemon, tangerine, and peppermint.
